Langtang Gosaikunda combines the remote and spectacular valley of Langtang, with the high mountains lake at Gosaikunda. You can visit the beautiful Langtang National Park and then trek to the end of the valley to view the wonderful mountains views. This trek has been considered as a young trek as it was opened for trekking enthusiasts not so long ago. This trek offers considerable spectacular views of mountains, meadows, forest, different wild animals, birds, glaciers and many more to feast the eyes of visitors. Cheese factories, monasteries and other monuments are other specialists of this trek. Moreover, Gosaikunda a big lake dedicated to Lore Shiva (Hindu God) and as legend would have us believe, the habitat of Lord Shiva is extremely enthralling where Hindu Pilgrims serge in take a holy both in monsoon. Gosaikunda was created by Lord Shiva when he pierced his Trident to obtain water to quench his thirst after having swallowed "Kalkut", the most dangerous poison, according to Legend.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Drive, Kathmandu - Syabrubesi (8 hours)
Day 03: Syabrubesi - Lama hotel (2480 m.)
Day 04: Lama Hotel - Langtang village (3541 m.)
Day 05: Langtang village - Kyangjin Gompa (3900 m.)
Day 06: Explore around Kyangjn Gompa
Day 07: Kyangjin Gompa - Lama Hotel (2480 m.)
Day 08: Lama Hotel - Thulo Syabru (2200 m.)
Day 09: Thulo Syabru - Sing Gompa (3580 m.)
Day 10: Sing Gompa - Gosainkunda (4381 m.)
Day 11: Cross over the Lauribina pass (4600 m.) descend to Thare Pati (3600 m.)
Day 12: Thare Pati - Kutumsang
Day 13: Kutumsang - Chisopani
Day 14: Chisopani - Kathmandu
Day 15: Final Departure
