Shivapuri Trekking

As the Shivapuri trekking the Shivapuri-NAgarjun National Park has made this route popular and attractive for the trekkers. The part was originally established as a watershed and wildlife reserved but developed into a national pare in 2002 for the protection of its unique natural richness. Vegetation in the park includes 129 species of mushrooms while animal include 19 species of mammals including beer, Leopard, Deer, Wildboar, wildcat and Langur monkeys. Likewise, the youngest national park of Nepal boasts 177 species of birds and 102 species of butterflies. The National Park might be the nearest national park from the Capital city Kathmandu in the whole world. Another option to visit national park is via Sundarijal which can be reached b drive of just half and hour.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at kathmandu – transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Sundarijal by Transportation / vehicle (1 hours) - Trek to Chishopani.
Day 3: Chisopani to Nakarkot.
Day 4: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel.
Day 5: Dhulikhel to Namobuddha, Back to kathmandu.
Day 6: Final Departure.
